Orders to Ingram Library Services may be submitted in virtually any format. In addition to our various electronic methods of ordering (ipage®, flashback®, companion®, and EDI), you may also submit orders to us via mail, e-mail, fax, or phone.

Please be sure in include your:

• Ingram Account Number

• "Ship To" Address

• "Bill To" Address, if different

• Preference regarding backorders

• Purchase Order Number (Ingram will default to order date if no purchase order number is provided)

• The quantity, Ingram title code or ISBN or item number (video, multimedia, accessories), and the title of each item ordered
