I’ve just unpacked a box of books and the bottom two items have torn and creased pages. I’ve misplaced my packing slip with the returns Hassle-Free form on the back. Is there some way to have a copy sent to me or is there a form available on ipage?

Thank so much for thinking about ipage. And yes with just a few clicks your Hassle-Free form can be created. Logon to your ipage account and click on the Account Management tab located near the top of the page. Click the Create Returns link to submit a Create Return form. Complete the form, add your own internal information for the Customer Claim Number on the next screen, click Submit and you will be prompted to print the form. Be sure to place the form in the box with the returned items along with a copy of your invoice.
