Debut fiction from Court TVs Nancy Grace.  A gritty novel about a former Special Prosecutor for the District Attorney's office in Atlanta.  As a young psychology student, Hailey's fiancé is killed just before the wedding.  Hailey fights back by prosecuting evil.  That life begins to take a toll so she heads to New York to be a therapist.  As she tries to leave the pain and grief behind, her patients start being murdered.  Not for the faint of heart.  The story includes a serial killer with vivid details about the scenes.  There is language and too-close-to-real details about the scenes in the book.  The build up was great, the ending leaves you wanting more details.
