| Popular Series: Youth |
Two new additions to the program come from Gallopade International. Around the World in 80 Mysteries and Real Kids, Real Places are both mysteries for readers 8-12 years old. Real Kids, Real Places are fun, educational mysteries that are set in real locations across America visited by the main characters. Each story incorporates lots of history, geography, and cliff-hanger chapters. Around the World in 80 Mysteries is an exciting mystery/adventure series that includes the history, geography, culture, and more of each country visited by the main characters. Both series belong to the Carole Marsh imprint and are written by Carole Marsh. Both are available in hardcover and quality paper binding.
Children of the Lamp series is also new to the program. Originally conceived as a trilogy, it has gained so much popularity that Scholastic has extended its volume numbers indefinitely. The Cobra King of Kathmandu is the newest paperback title releasing in December. The new hardcover, The Day of the Djinn Warriors will release in January 2008.
Likewise, the Twilight collection from Little, Brown promises more than three volumes and has been added to the program, the newest title being Eclipse.
