Dear Libby,
My ipage® password is not easy to remember. Is there a way to change it, rather than keeping it on a piece of paper in my desk drawer?

Dear Frustrated,
ipage® has many wonderful features. To change your password, click on Change Settings at the very top of the page. From the next screen, click User Settings which leads to a screen with five grids. In the first grid, titled ipage®Profile Information, locate the password dialog boxes on the right hand column.
Enter your “hard to remember” password in the box labeled Old Password.
Enter the new password you want to use in the New Password box and Confirm New box.
Click the Update button to reset and complete your password change request.
If you have your computer automatically log you into ipage®, ipage may ask you to manually log in for security purposes.
