I lost an invoice last week during some fast paperwork shuffle. Do I telephone your wonderful customer care department, or is this something I can find on ipage?
Invy in Indianapolis
Dear Invy,
ipage provides a wealth of information including invoices. Click on the Account Management tab near the top of the page. From the next screen click Account Info, which leads to a screen providing a list of Account Info Easy Clicks. To locate active invoices, click on Open Invoices. To determine the desired invoice, follow the ‘Trans. Date’ column to the approximate date of your shipment. Click on the highlighted number in the ‘Ingram Reference Number’ column to verify the titles that shipped on the desired invoice. The ‘Amount’ of the invoice may also help you determine the desired invoice. If you know the PO number or have an EAN of one of the titles from that shipment, you may want to use the Advanced Account Info Search link located above the list of Easy Clicks. Enter the EAN in the Product Code field.
Once you locate the invoice, select the Print Version button for a printer-friendly replica.
If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are on the account number used to place the orders. And of course, you may always call our customer care department.

Sincerely,
