Computer Books. Yikes! While the idea of ordering complex books on coding and decoding may strike fear in the heart of even the savviest selector, Ingram can make the process virtually pain free. Just place a few computer series on Ingram's Continuations Program. This will provide automatic updates to your computer book section, assuring that you have the most updated titles. No 'geek speak' required!
For a list of computer book series available on our program, click here. To set up your automatic order or for more information about other series on this program, e-mail us at continuations@ingrambook.com.

I order materials from Ingram frequently. Occasionally, I'll misplace an invoice. Is there any way to print a duplicate copy?
--Invoicing in Iowa
Dear Invoicing, Although you have always had the option of printing a duplicate invoice in ipage®, we have recently made improvements to make an invoice printed from ipage look more like the original. These new enhancements are available on invoices dated on or after July 1, 2006.
To view invoices, go to the Account Management tab on ipage. Select Account Information, and then Open Invoices. Click the invoice number you wish to view. Click the Print Version button.
If you use Internet Explorer as your browser, prior to printing, you will need to change two of your browser printer settings. Go to File, Page Setup, and remove the code in the Header and Footer. Click OK. Then go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced (tab), Printing (section), and place a check in the box next to "Print background colors and images." Click OK.
This will set up your browser to print invoices correctly and allow you to submit ipage invoices to your accounting office for payment. No more worries about lost invoices!

Happy Printing!
