Q:  I am interested in the Popular DVD Standing Order Program, but how do I guarantee I will see all available formats, views, and ratings (i.e., widescreen, fullscreen, Blu-ray, unrated) available for each title on the Selection list?

A: You must put a quantity in each version available.  That includes widescreen, fullscreen and unrated.  If you are also interested in seeing all versions of a Blu-ray title, the same applies.  Once you choose the version you prefer, zero out the others and update the selection list before submitting it.

Q: Is that also the case with the Youth Video Standing Order program?
A: We only offer one version of the Youth Video Standing Order program  in DVD and Blu-ray.  For the most part, that will be the widescreen version, unless fullscreen is all that is available.
