 Baseball Greatby Tim Green Harper Children’s Audio Tim Green found another way to make a living after playing for the Atlanta Falcons. This is his third sports-related title for kids. Published by Harper, this is a great story about 12-year-old Josh who is trying to fit in with a new baseball team, filled with an older group of kids, after his father loses his job and the family has to relocate. His new team has some darkness that Josh tries to avoid while his friend Jaden, the school reporter, investigates the issues. Josh and Jaden have some tough decisions to make as they uncover more about what is going on. The age range is 8-12, but the book is geared more toward the 12-year-old end with some of the darkness. --Linda Trout, Buyer |
