Georgette Heyer Romances   Sourcebooks   12/year   $14.95   Georgette Heyer is credited as the inventor of the regency romance, and hers are the books many readers turn to after they’ve read everything by Jane Austen.  While Heyer’s work is meticulously researched, masterfully crafted and delightfully witty, it also tends to go in and out of print. Many libraries own well-worn, even tattered, copies because that’s been all that was available.  Now that Sourcebooks and Harlequin are reissuing her books in quality paper editions, snap them up while you can.

News
Georgette Heyer Collector Editions are now issued in trade paper format rather than mass market. The price is $13.95 and the series is called Georgette Heyer Romances-Harlequin

Easy Reader Program: Youth
The Easy Reader Standing Order Program provides automatic ordering of popular new releases for young readers. You can select your series by both reading level and binding type.

News
Enrollment tip for Easy Reader Program Subscribers
To see format information for Easy Reader series, select a series you want in the enrollment process on ipage. The next step takes you to another screen where the available formats are identified.

Scholastic has informed us that its Scooby-Doo Readers will occasionally have a level three title. Most future Readers will be level two, however. The volume numbers will continue consecutively regardless of level. Therefore, to preserve continuity, the series is now listed as Scooby-Doo Readers Level 2 & 3 on ipage.

First time subscribers to the Easy Reader Standing Order Program who are interested in titles belonging to series from HarperCollins’ I Can Read, Simon & Schuster’s Ready-to-Read, Scholastic's Reader, Puffin's Easy to Read, and Viking's Easy to Read, please note that in order to receive the special character sub-series titles you must sign up for those separately. For example, should you want to receive all I Can Read-Level 1, hardcovers, you would sign up for I Can Read-Level 1 hardcover, plus, I Can Read Berenstain Bears-Level 1 hardcover, and I Can Read Fancy Nancy-Level 1 hardcover. By dividing out the character sub-series, libraries are in control of the quantity they desire of each favorite character without having to make the same choice for the entire publisher series. Should you want only the favorite, bestselling character titles you may sign up for those without signing up for an entire series.

If you have any questions please contact our program administrator, Janet Hill, at (800) 937-5300 Ext. 35748 or email standing.orders@ingrambook.com.

It’s easy to sign up for new easy reader series. Just log on to ipage, click the Programs & Catalogs tab, and begin adding titles. Enter your desired quantities and click submit. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your changes.
