I order materials from Ingram frequently, and I occasionally misplace an invoice. How do I print a duplicate?
--Collection Carrie
Dear Carrie,
It's easy to reprint an invoice in ipage®. To view your invoices, go to the Account Management tab. Select Account Information and then Open Invoices. Click the invoice number you wish to view. Click the Print Version button.
Prior to printing, you will need to change two of your browser printer settings. Go to File, Page Setup, and remove the code in the Header and Footer. Click OK. Then go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced (tab), Printing (section), and place a check in the box next to Print background colors and images. Click OK.
This will set up your browser to print invoices correctly and allow you to submit ipage invoices to your accounting office for payment. No more worries about lost invoices!

Happy Printing!
