Our Street Smart program is designed to ensure that you have new releases on your shelves by their on-sale date. In order to participate in the program, we need a signed affidavit stating you agree to adhere to the street-date guidelines.
There Are Two Ways to Accept the Agreement
1. Ask your ipage® Administrator to accept the agreement via ipage using these step-by-step instructions:
Go to the Change Settings section (upper right-hand corner of all ipage pages).
Click Street Smart Affidavit.
Read the information regarding Street Smart, and click the link that reads Street Smart Affidavit Agreement.
To accept the agreement, return to the Street Smart Affidavit page. In the section labeled Accounts, you will see all your Ingram accounts that are eligible for the program. Under the column labeled Accept Terms, click the check box if you accept the terms for that account.
Under the Accounts table, click Submit Selected Accounts.
ipage will display a page labeled Street Smart Setup Confirmation. This confirms that the setup request has been sent to Ingram. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the changes to be reflected on your account.
2. Click here to view the Affidavit Agreement. After you are familiar with the terms, print, fill out, sign, and fax the form to (800) 876-0186.
